About the Event

Fest 2025 is Woodbury Community Foundation's signature fundraiser, bringing together community leaders, supporters, and changemakers for an evening of giving, celebration, and impact. The event will feature a Supper Club theme with a three-course plated dinner, auction, inspiring stories, and opportunities to support the mission of WCF.

Note: This year, Fest 2025 will be held at The Confluence Hotel in Hastings, MN. This venue is just a 12-minute drive past Furber Farm, our previous location, providing a beautiful and unique setting for our event.

Who are the event emcees?

Mike Olsen and Dan Stoltz will serve as emcees for Fest 2025.

 

Dan Stoltz: CEO of Blaze Credit Union, Dan is a passionate leader who embodies the philosophy of being a "go-giver." He and his wife Robin are celebrating 40 years of marriage, and their family is at the heart of everything he does.

Mike Olsen: Returning as our Fest Emcee, Mike has been a longtime supporter of WCF. He and his wife Lynn have been local realtors with the Olsen Group at Keller-Williams for over 25 years and are dedicated community volunteers.

Dinner Menu

Guests will enjoy a three-course meal, starting with a family-style relish tray and appetizers. The main course offers two options: a braised short rib and baked salmon duet, served with whipped potatoes, green beans, and a red wine demi, or a vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free grilled cauliflower "steak" shawarma topped with jalapeno relish and frizzled roasted carrots. The evening will conclude with a selection of desserts.

Accommodations

A courtesy room block has been arranged at The Confluence Hotel for guests staying the weekend.

What should I wear?

Fest 2025 has a supper club theme, so think classic, stylish dinner attire-what you'd wear for a nice night out. Men might opt for dress pants with a button-down shirt or a blazer, while women could wear a dress, skirt, or chic trousers. It's not a formal event, but if you enjoy dressing up, you're welcome to!


How do I purchase tickets?

Tickets are be available for purchase here. Early bird pricing ends on February 28.


What is included in my ticket?

Your ticket includes entry to the event, a three-course plated dinner, games, and access to the live auction and program.


Will there be a silent or live auction? 
Yes, the event will feature both a live and silent auction with exclusive items and experiences, such as a Scavenger Hunts by Let's Roam and a vacation stay in Sister Bay. More details will be announced closer to the event.

Can I make a donation if I cannot attend?

Is there parking available?

Complimentary self-parking will be available at The Confluence Hotel.

The Confluence Hotel in Hastings, MN, is right over the Cottage Grove Border, just a 12-minute drive past Furber Farm, our previous venue.
