TICKETS
Tickets for the evening, Kids Camp, and overnight lodging can be purchased here.
Purchasing tickets will automatically create your user account. After completing your event registration a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided. Don't forget to click the green "Create an Account" button at the bottom of the email to update your username and password to something other than the one generated by the platform.
Already have an account? Click the "Sign in or Register" button in the upper right-hand corner of your screen to access your existing account with your username and password. If you cannot remember your login information click "Forgot Username or Password" or reach out to philanthropy@islandwood.org.
Registering for an account is required to bid in the auction, make a donation, or contribute to Raise the Paddle. There is no cost to register for the online auction and virtual program, but you'll be asked to enter a credit card number to participate.
HOST A TABLE

DINING
The IslandWood Kitchen team will prepare dinner and will include vegetarian, gluten-free, and non-vegetarian options. Our family-style meals are prepared with local, organic, and sustainably sourced ingredients that reflect the bounty of the Pacific Northwest. Your ticket includes reception, dinner, dessert, a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and s'mores at the Friendship Circle campfire. Overnight guests enjoy a complimentary hot breakfast with their stay!
LODGING
Stay overnight in one of our beautiful lodges! Northwest-style lodges house guest rooms with a combination of single occupancy, double occupancy, and bunk rooms that accommodate up to six guests. All guest rooms have a private bathroom and include bedding, towels, and basic amenities. Each lodge contains a spacious log-beam great room with a stone fireplace and cozy seating areas, laundry facilities, and a small refrigerator. A complimentary hot breakfast made by the IslandWood kitchen team is included with your room purchase. Lodge rooms will be assigned to you based on the number of people in your group, with a maximum of six people per room.
KIDS CAMP
Give your child the gift of time in nature to explore and discover. IslandWood's environmental educators will lead games and activities while you enjoy the reception, dinner, and program. Camp is available for children aged 6 - 16 and includes supervised programming, dinner, dessert. Campers are also invited to the Friendship Circle after Kid's Camp to enjoy a campfire and s'mores with their parents and family members.
AUCTION
As always, we are planning a thoughtfully curated auction full of unique items and experiences! The silent auction will be open for browsing & bidding on Monday, April 28. While you wait, check out all the logistics about the auction here.
TRANSPORTATION
We are offering shuttle service from the Bainbridge Island ferry terminal to IslandWood. Pick-up shuttle service will be available for the following sailings from Seattle: 3:00pm & 3:50pm. Return service from IslandWood to the Bainbridge Island ferry terminal will leave from the Arrival Shelter at 9:15pm for the 9:45pm sailing back to Seattle.
We will be offering return service for our overnight guests as well! Sunday shuttle service is available for the 11:45am sailing back to Seattle, leaving IslandWood at 11:15am from the Arrival Shelter. Reserve your seat(s) on the shuttle here.
Detailed instructions will be provided to all shuttle service registrants prior to the event.
