5:45pm - Check in Begins

6:00pm - 7:00pm - Enjoy cocktail hour while you view & bid on the Silent Auction Items

 

7:00pm - 8:00pm - Welcome & Blessing from Father Hudgins, Speeches, Dinner Service

  • Champagne Toast!
  • Dinner buffet
  • Silent Auction Closes at 7:30pm
  • 50/50 Raffle & Heads/Tails Game will be completed immediately following dinner

 

8:30pm - 9:00pm Live Auction!!

  • Following our Live Auction, enjoy the celebration! Visit the Photo Booth, Cigar Bar and the dance floor!

 

11:00pm - Event Closes
