Rules and Disclaimers

TRCP reserves the right to withdraw any item at any time prior to the actual sale.
Some restrictions apply. Please carefully review the lot descriptions for each package for updated descriptions, expiration dates, and restrictions on items.
TRCP offers no warranty or guarantee and assumes no responsibility for the validity of the description, authenticity or condition of any item offered.
All services (trips, tickets, gift certificates, etc.) are subject to availability and, unless otherwise stated, expire April 30, 2026.
By purchase, the buyer waives any claim of liability against TRCP and/or the donor of the property or services. Neither TRCP nor the donor is responsible for any personal injuries or damage, which may result from the use of the property or services awarded during the auction.
All sales are final.

Check-out and Shipping

For those in person:
Stop by the Auction Check-out Desk located at the Registration tables and tell us your full name.|
TRCP will pull up your winning bid(s) and tabulate the amount owed. You will have the choice to either charge your credit card on file or write a check.
You will receive a confirmation email detailing your transaction.
TRCP will hand you either an envelope with your prizes/gift certificates, or a shopping bag if they are larger items. You may need to make arrangements for some larger items to be shipped to you at a later date.
Shipping fees may apply.

For those remote:
You will receive an email within seven days after the close of the auction confirming your winning packages. 
That email will confirm shipping address and/or connection to the applicable individual for fulfillment as necessary.

Terms of Service: Bidder Conduct and Removal Rights

Bidder Conduct:
All participants in this auction must conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and lawful manner at all times. Harassment, intimidation, abusive language, threatening behavior, disruption of the auction process, or any other behavior deemed inappropriate by TRCP will not be tolerated, whether conducted verbally, in writing, or electronically through the auction platform or related communication channels.
Reservation of Rights:
TRCP reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:
Refuse to accept a bid from any individual;
Disqualify or remove any bidder from the auction without notice;
Block access to the auction platform;
Withdraw any item from sale at any time prior to the announcement of completion of the sale
Report any unlawful conduct to appropriate authorities if necessary.
Participation in this auction constitutes agreement to these terms.
