FASHION SHOW RESERVATIONS

 

Open at 6:00am on Tuesday, March 4th

 

Thank you for your generous support of the 2025 Xavier Scholarship Fashion Show, Jewel of the Desert, taking place on Friday, April 25, 2025, at 6pm at the Arizona Biltmore.

  

-To purchase an entire table, purchase a table or buy 10 or 12 seats. *Please note, Xavier only provides tax receipts to patrons who purchase their reservation directly from Xavier.

 
-If you are splitting a table with another family or group, make sure everyone knows how many seats each purchaser is buying- the purchases must add up to 10 or 12 seats. The table will be assigned the timestamp of the last reservation made. Every purchaser should enter the same Group Name, so the individual reservations can be grouped together to form a complete table.

 

Important Info:

  • Seat/table placement is assigned based on the date & time stamp of the reservation and payment.


  • Xavier can only issue tax receipts to persons who purchase reservations online, directly from Xavier.


  • The fair market value of each seat is $150.


  • No physical tickets will be issued.

 

  • No refunds will be given, under any circumstances.  Thank you for your understanding.

$8,400 - Runway Table - Table of 12 seats, $700 per seat

 
$4,000-$4,800 - Premier Table - Table of 10 or 12 seats, $400 per seat

 

$2,300-$2,760 - General Table - Table of 10 or 12 seats, $230 per seat
