To ensure a smooth arrival, please review the following:
- Arrival and Valet
- Entry Route: From Hillsboro Rd, turn onto 3rd Ave North and follow the route shown on the linked Valet Map.
- Valet Only: Upon arrival, please follow event signage and valet staff directions.
- Dashboard Pass: Place the Linked Dashboard Pass in your windshield so attendants know you're with the Heritage Ball.
- Accessible Parking: Make sure to be in the left valet lane. Guests who requested accessibility accommodations will receive a separate Accessible Parking Pass. Please display that pass for direct access to accessible valet/parking.
- Road Closures
Nearby streets will be closed to through traffic, including portions of North Margin Street, 2nd Avenue North, and 3rd Avenue North. Please allow extra time for arrival. - Streamlined Check-In
On Saturday, you will receive a check-in message via email or text. By using this digital check-in, you may bypass official check-in procedures and head straight into the event.
Remember to Share Info With Your Guest:
If you are a table host or sponsor and did not provide your guests' email addresses or phone numbers, please ensure you forward them valet and road closure details. Guests without digital check-in credentials will need to stop for on-site check-in. Prior to the event, you will receive a notification of your assigned table number.
Event Details
Cocktails begin at 5:30 p.m., followed by dinner and dancing.
Attire is black tie.
