West Valley Christian School Auction Rules:

All winning bids are final.
There will be no exchange or refund on items unless otherwise specified.

Credit cards on file with remaining balances will be charged directly following the event. 
Please make payments in full by Tuesday, February 25, 2025, if applicable. 
If items are not picked up during the in-person event, please arrange pickup at the WVCS school office by Friday, March 7, 2025. There is no delivery or shipping available. Any items not picked up by said date will be donated for future fundraisers.

Please carefully check your items upon pick-up and delivery.

WVCS is not responsible for replacing gift certificates lost after pick-up or delivery.
WVCS is under no obligation to extend, modify or change items or restrictions on item certificates. Please pay careful attention to all conditions, restrictions and expiration dates on items and services. 
Unless otherwise stated, gift certificates exclude alcohol, tax and gratuity. 
Dates for all trips and similar events must be mutually arranged with the donor. Please note any expiration dates.
All gift card usage is the responsibility of the buyer. 
Although the gift card and amount are currently valid, WVCS cannot be held responsible for unused gift cards at businesses that may cease to operate prior to the expiration date. 
WVCS has endeavored to catalogue and describe the auction items correctly, but all items are sold "as is." 
No statements contained in the program or made orally at the sale or elsewhere shall be deemed a warranty, representation or assumption of liability. 

WVCS neither warrants nor represents and in no event shall be responsible for the correctness of descriptions or authenticity, authorship provenance, or condition of the items. No statement made in this catalog or made orally at the auction or elsewhere shall be deemed as a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability. The values listed are estimates only and are not warranted for tax purposes or fair market value. Guest should check with their individual tax advisors regarding the deductibility of items.

WVCS reserves the right to withdraw any item from sale. 
Items depicted are for illustration purposes and may not be actual auction items. 

Upon purchase, the buyer waives any claim for liability against WVCS or the donor of the goods, services, or property. Neither the school nor the donor is responsible for any personal injuries or damages to property that may result from the use of the property or goods and services sold. WVCS is not responsible for any changes or upgrades to auction items agreed upon between the donor and the purchaser.

Each bidder assumes all risk and hazards related to the auction and to items obtained from the auction. Each bidder agrees to hold harmless from WVCS, its elected and appointed committee members, the auctioneer, event organizers, sponsors, or volunteers connected with the auction.
