Item Redemption


 *Please read carefully as item redemption and pick-up coordination is the responsibility of the winner.

 

Physical Items: Event attendees should collect all winning item(s) at the end of the event from the check-out area. If you are not attending the event, winners are responsible for picking up winning item(s) from the CURE office in Dunwoody within 30 days of the event. Winners who are not ticketed event attendees must pick their items up from the CURE office and are prohibited from picking items up from the event location, no exceptions.

Winners will be notified of pick-up details via email on file. If you live outside of the metro Atlanta area and are unable to coordinate pickup for your item(s), shipping may be arranged (some shipping exclusions apply and are noted on the individual item descriptions). If shipping is required, winners are responsible for any and all associated shipping costs, including insurance. CURE does not assume any liability for damage or loss with shipping. Due to limited staff resources, shipping will only be made available to those winners residing outside of the metro Atlanta area. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Certificates: CURE Childhood Cancer will email electronic certificates to the winner's email on file. When appropriate, CURE will mail physical certificate(s) to the desired location within two weeks of the close of the auction. If the winner wishes to pick up certificate(s), he/she will be notified of the pick-up details and instructions via email on file.

 

Alcohol: Packages containing alcohol will not be shipped and must be picked up by an individual 21+ years of age with a valid ID. Winners will be notified of pick-up details via email.
