TOUCHDOWN! You scored big on the 2025 BIG EVENT AUCTION!

If you are on site for the Big Event, please settle your payment and collect your items prior to departing. Please checkout with a BPSF Big Event volunteer.  Don't forget to ensure you have all the pieces and original copies/gift cards.

If you are NOT on site, your items will NOT be available for pick-up until Tuesday, February 11th at the BPSF office. Please settle your payment via the pay link. If you have won only gift cards or certificates, we will happily mail them to you at the address listed in the Big Event Givesmart software. (Please notify BPSF by 2/12 if you do NOT want your certificates mailed.)

**IMPORTANT** The Brainerd Public Schools Foundation office is in a LOCKED facility. Please call ahead and either Stef or Jessica will meet you by the east doors on Pine Street (closest to loading dock) so you do not need to be processed through the district's "raptor" security process.

BPSF Pick-Up Hours Feb 11-13:

  • Tues 2/11: 9am-3pm
  • Wed 2/12: 8:30am-4:30pm
  • Thurs 2/13: 8:30am-4:30pm
