If you're Unable to Attend:

 
Contact us as soon as possible at (608) 661-4141 ext. 2, or email sue@gsafewi.org, if you are unable to attend SSSC24 as planned. Registration will be forfeited for non-attendance without notice.

 
If canceling at least 10 days prior to event, you may:

Transfer registration to another person. Receive a refund on your registration, less at 10% administrative fee.

 
If canceling less than 10 days prior to event, you may:

Transfer registration to another person.

In case of inclement weather

If there is severe weather, and participants are concerned about attending SSSC24, you should reach out to confirm that the conference is still going to proceed. If we cancel on account of weather, we'll contact you using the information you have provided to us. We will also update this page and the conference page at www.gsafewi.org. If we postpone SSSC24 due to inclement weather participants will be offered the choice of a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at a new, future date.

If you decide not to attend due to weather conditions, but we have not canceled, it is important that you contact us as soon as possible to let us know.
