What time does the Gala Start & Where do I enter?

Entrances are located on Market Street (main, front doors of baby Grand/Grand)

  • Doors open for VIP party at 6:30 pm (Platinum and Gold-Level Ticket Holders)
  • For all other ticket holders: doors open at 7:00 pm, show begins at 8:00 pm


How long does the Gala show at Copeland Hall run?

  • Approximately 90 mins


What is the attire for the Gala?

  •  Festive Black Tie is encouraged


Will my party be seated together?

  • All parties who order tickets together will be seated together at the show (Copeland Hall) if they have purchased the same level tickets
  • If you would like to be seated with other guests, please emails seating requests to kbfrawley@grandopera.org by Friday, November 22nd


Where do I park?

  • There are several Downtown Parking garages available
  • On street parking (meters are free)
  • PLATINUM ticket holders: parking at the Hotel DuPont is included with your purchase


What if I would like to pay for my Gala tickets with a check?


How do guests get from The Grand (Copeland Hall) to Hotel Du Pont?

  • We encourage guests to enjoy the short stroll up Market Street from The Grand to Hotel Du Pont
  • Please note: transportation is not provided between venues


Are there reserved tables/seats at the After Party?

  • No, the event is designed to roam from room to room and enjoy the various offerings


When is The Ultimate After Party over?

  • The Ultimate After Party will conclude at 1:00 am
