Silent Auction will open on Monday, January 20, 2025 at 9am CT and will close on Friday, January 24, 2025 at 9:30pm CT.

ONLINE BIDDING
Interested persons may view all available auction items online at https://TreasuresSTL25.givesmart.com. Bids may be placed through the website, or you may call the World Pediatrics St. Louis office, 314-317-8809, to place your bid until Friday, January 24, 2025 at 3:00 PM CT.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
If you are the successful bidder, you will be considered the buyer of the lot. Payment is due in full on auction close out 1/24/2025. Auction package vouchers will be provided after payment is completed. All sales are final.
PACKAGE RESTRICTIONS
Please note any restrictions and specifications stated on the GiveSmart Auction site and on gift certificates. The utmost care has been taken to note restrictions as accurately as possible; however, World Pediatrics is not responsible for any restriction inadvertently omitted or not originally indicated by the donor. For trips/travel auction items, the winner of each package must make their own travel arrangements. Lost certificates are NOT replaceable.
Property reservations are subject to availability. Therefore, World Pediatrics urges you to schedule your dates as soon as possible following the auction. World Pediatrics does not request date changes or extensions beyond the given parameters, or issue refunds for properties.

How do I participate in the online auction?
Visit https://TreasuresSTL25.givesmart.com on your phone or device. OR you can text
Click the "Register Now" button towards the top of the page to register. If you are already registered, this will not be visible. For registering, you will be prompted to enter your information and create an account. This does require a credit card to be on file; rest assured, it will not be charged unless you purchase a raffle ticket, donate or place the winning bid on item. Once you create your account you will be set up to bid and donate through the site. Bid from anywhere using your cell phone, tablet or computer.
NOTE: As you register, check the "text message" box to receive updates on bids, announcements and purchases. You will be notified via text if you have been outbid.
How do I bid on auction items?
Browse the auction items under the "Items" tab and start bidding on your favorite packages! Place a single bid on an item or set a maximum bid (autobid) and let GiveSmart automatically keep you in the running until your maximum bid is reached.
How can I keep active and know if I am outbid or have won an item?
As you register, check the "text message" box to receive updates on bids, announcements and purchases. You will be notified via text if you have been outbid. Keep an eye on your favorite items! If you are NOT receiving text messages, make sure you have the correct mobile number under your profile. The texts will continue to notify you when you have been outbid or reached your maximum bid. When the online auction closes, you will also receive a text message if you won any items.
Why do I need a credit card on file?
A credit card is required to bid,but will not be charged unless you are the highest bidder when the auction closes, you buy a raffle ticket or you make a donation. Cards will be charged after 9:30pm CT on Friday, January 24, 2025. Please note the charge will come through from GiveSmart on your statement. What if I prefer to pay my items via check?
If you have another preferred form of payment, please contact Amy Thomas prior to 5:00pm on January 24, 2025 at (314) 317-8809 or at athomas@worldpediatrics.org to arrange other payment.
How will I collect my auction items?
Items will be available for pick up at the World Pediatric Project office (1325 N. Warson Road, St. Louis, MO 63132). To coordinate pick-up, please contact Amy Thomas at (314) 317-8809 or at athomas@worldpediatrics.org. Your items will be available for pick-up on the following scheduled days:

Can my Auction Items be mailed?
Some items may be mailed at your request. Please note if you choose to have your items mailed, you are responsible for providing a FedEx or UPS account number to cover all shipping fees. There are limitations to shipping requests. Alcohol items cannot be shipped and are only available for pick-up. Additionally, lost or stolen certificates and physical items cannot be replaced.
