O'Connell All-Stars

In 2022, Bishop O'Connell High School established the All-Stars Honors as a way to acknowledge the tireless efforts of our parent volunteers and to recognize contributions of our dedicated teachers and staff.

An O'Connell All-Star is a significant contributor to the school community, often working behind the scenes as an unsung hero. By publicly recognizing these individuals, we hope to demonstrate how much we value and appreciate the dedication and loyal service they have provided to the students and the school's mission.

Each year, the PTO, the Athletics Boosters, the Fine Arts Boosters and the Dads Club are each invited to select an All-Star Volunteer from their respective organization to be honored at the Gala & Auction. When a faculty or staff member has reached 30 years of service in the Arlington Diocese, he or she is similarly honored as a Faculty All-Star.
