Auction Guidelines 

SILENT AUCTION GUIDELINES
 

• Your bid number is provided at Registration and will be valid for both the silent and live auctions.

• Complete details and restrictions are included with each auction item.

• All sales final. No exchanges or refunds are permitted. Payment must be made in full by cash, check, or credit card on or before February 28, 2025.

• All items purchased are to be claimed at Our House within 30 days from event, February 8, 2025 unless otherwise specified. Items not claimed within 30 days are the property of Our House.

• All articles are sold "as is" and Our House is not responsible for the accuracy of the description or authenticity of the items.

• Please note dates of availability and other restrictions before bidding.

• Reservations for use of homes, entertainment and sports packages must be coordinated with the donor, unless otherwise specified. Arrangements should be made as soon as possible to ensure the best chance of obtaining desired reservations.

LIVE AUCTION GUIDELINES
 

• To enter a bid, a bidder raises his or her bid card directed toward the auctioneer.

• The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the buyer. In the event of a dispute, the auctioneer shall have the sole and final decision to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the item in dispute.

• Each successful bid will be recorded and entered on the buyer's auction account to be paid at the end of the evening.

Tax Applicability
All payments for auction items shall be made to Our House. Our House is classified as a tax-exempt corporation under IRS code 501c(3). Contributions for auction items may be deductible as charitable contributions, but each bidder should consult his tax advisor.

Waiver
By attending the auction all guests agree to comply with these rules. Winning bidders of auction items waive any claims for liability, personal injury, or property damage against Our House, the auctioneer, or the donor of the property, item or service.

Give to Live (Fund A Need)
Donors agree to satisfy all pledges made to support the Give to Live fundraiser by cash, check, or credit card on or before February 28, 2025.
