Holly Berry Table Setting Instructions
Thank you for participating in Holly Berry and being one of our table setters! As a table-setter, you will be assigned a 72" round table that will seat ten people. Long white tablecloths will be available to borrow. You can decorate the table and/or chairs as you wish, using your own items. Lunch will be served at your table on sustainable bamboo plates, courtesy of our wonderful partner, Haute Catering.. Therefore, some decoration items are optional.
Table set up is on Saturday, December 7, 2024, from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm in the Bob Hope Center.
Below is a list of items you will need for your table:
- Tablecloth
- Overlays or runners are encouraged
- One centerpiece
- 10 Plate Chargers
- 10 wine glasses
- 10 water glasses
- 10 each regular forks, dessert forks, knives, spoons
- 10 cloth napkins
- Salt and Pepper shakers filled with salt and pepper
- Butter dish (you provide butter)
- Water pitcher (water will be provided to fill pitchers)
- Bus tub or box: We recommend that you bring one or two "bus tubs" to transport your dirty items back home for proper cleaning. These can be purchased at most restaurant supply stores. Alternatively, you can bring a cardboard box lined with a large trashcan liner.
Optional:
- 10 luncheon/dinner plates (lunch will be served on bamboo plates)
- 10 coffee cups and saucers or coffee mugs (disposable coffee cups will be available at the coffee station)
- Sugar bowl (w/spoon/tongs) and creamer (both will be provided at the coffee station)
- Small side trays are permitted.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Decorations must stay within the confines of the table and cannot crossover to another table.
- Tables cannot be combined or connected.
- Decorations hanging from the ceiling and additional structures are not permitted.
- We cannot run electricity to your tables. Please use batteries or a portable charger if you need electricity.
- No open flames.
