AUCTION RULES
The Live Auction will begin immediately following dinner.
You may skip ahead to the bid amount you want to pay.
The next bidder must bid higher than you to be successful.
All winning bids are final.
There will be no exchange or refund on items unless otherwise specified.

Please make payments in full on Sunday, May 4, 2025 after the auction closes.
Auction Pick-up and Delivery will be communicated to the auction winners by EOD Monday, May 5 after the auction closes on May 4, 2025.
For delivery, we will add any shipping and handling costs to your balance on GiveSmart for you to authorize payment. Once we have received payment confirmation for the shipping costs, we will package the item and choose the mail carrier at our discretion. If you would like to add insurance for the shipment, please contact us at chocgsgpresident@gmail.com.

If Glass Slipper Guild (GSG) is not contacted by May 31, 2025 for (pick-up, delivery or shipping) of an item, the item will be forfeited and will be utilized again to benefit CHOC.
Please carefully check envelopes containing gift certificates before leaving.
GSG is not responsible for replacing gift certificates lost after you leave the event.
GSG is under no obligation to extend, modify or change items or restrictions on items' certificates.
Please pay careful attention to all conditions, restrictions and expiration dates on items and services.
Unless otherwise stated, gift certificates exclude alcohol, tax and gratuity.
Unless otherwise noted, all auction items and services must be used by May 3, 2026.
Dates for all trips and similar events must be mutually arranged with the donor.
All completed sales from this event are considered transactions solely between the purchaser and the donor of the auction item.
Although the gift card and amount is currently valid, GSG cannot be held responsible for unused gift cards at businesses that may cease to operate prior to the expiration date.
GSG has endeavored to catalog and describe the auction items correctly, but all items are sold "as is."
No statements contained in the program or made orally at the sale or elsewhere shall be deemed a warranty, representation or assumption of liability.
GSG reserves the right to withdraw any item from sale.
