PPAS GALA 101 - 20 THINGS TO KNOW

1)The PPAS GALA & AUCTION is an annual event.

2)First and foremost-all proceeds BENEFIT the STUDENTS of PPAS, grade levels 6-12,  and Performing Art  training.

3) The PPAS Gala is the best PARTY you can attend on Monday, May 20th! There are many opportunities to win FABULOUS PRIZES, priceless EXPERIENCES and 50% of the nights Raffle Jackpotbut it's more of a CELEBRATION of the PPAS families and community than anything else.

4) It's also a STAR-STUDDED event. Our BROADWAY FRIENDS and CELEBRITY supporters are invited.

5) The gala is FOOD and DRINK-inclusive. 

6) One of the most sought-after live music band is sponsoring the PPAS GALA & AUCTION. We'll have GREAT MUSIC!

7) There are several ways to show your support. BUY TICKETS, BID at the auction, or sponsorships, DONATE by CHAMPIONING for the Arts.

8) Sign up as a  'GALA CHAMPION', a super supporter of our mission who spreads awareness about the school, students and gala!  AFTER raising your first $295.00 you receive a FREE INVITATION. Find out more here.

9) All auction items are donated by fellow PARENTS, ALUMNI, businesses, and supporters of PPAS.

11) The gala is held at BACKSTAGE TAVERN, 346 46th ave,  two blocks over from PPAS, between 8th and 9th ave on 46th Street.

12) PARKING is convenient and available for $25 across the street from Backstage Tavern. Enter by 6:00 pm and leave by  11:00 pm

13) The gala officially begins at 6:30 p.m. and goes until 10:00 p.m. (5 p.m. for the early access reception for sponsors, PATRONS and CHAMPIONS).

14) Please note that this is not a fully seated event. There are a few sponsors that have reserved tables, otherwise there is additional seating available to be shared throughout the evening.

15)The event is structured so that there is MOVEMENT and opportunities to ENJOY the SPACE, there's two floors to explore.  

16) Perhaps a bit of dancing to FAVORITE songs, you can come with a group or alone. There's something for EVERYONE!

19) There aren't any physical tickets for entry. There is a simple check-in from GUESTS LIST upon arrival .
