Raffle Official Rules

· Our House, Inc. is the sponsor ("Sponsor") and operator ("Operator") of this raffle for the following raffle packages ("First Prize")

• Package 1: Alliance Theatre tickets, Atlanta Symphony Orchestra tickets, High Museum Membership
• Package 2: College Football Hall of Fame tickets, Braves tickets
• Package 3: Holland Portraits Certificate, Zoo Atlanta Membership, Chik-fil-A gift cards
• Package 4: Catalyst Fitness package, Pear'd Health Membership
• Package 5: MMM Wine Package

· The Sponsor is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization that has been licensed to conduct this raffle. The Fulton County Sherriff's Office Bonding Administration, located at 185 Central Avenue, S.W., 9th Floor, Atlanta, Georgia 30303, issued a license to Sponsor to conduct this raffle on May 3, 2024 (the "License"). A copy of the License may be requested from the Sponsor.

· Tickets may only be purchased by legal residents of Georgia. Ticket purchases are non-deductible for tax purposes and ticket purchasers must be 21 years or older.

· Odds of winning depend on the number of entries. Raffle closes on May 3, 2024 at 8:00 p.m. Atlanta, Georgia time. Winner is not required to be present to win. Contact badams@ourhousega.com to redeem raffle prize.

· Each Prize shall be awarded to a single winner.

· Winner will be announced during the MMM Cheers event as well as contacted via email provided.

· It is the winner's responsibility to pick up the Prize at Sponsor's headquarters, located at 173 Boulevard Northeast, Atlanta, GA 30312.

· The winner must have a valid identification evidencing residence and age and also complete and sign an affidavit and waiver in favor of Sponsor and Operator. All taxes are the winner's sole responsibility including but not limited to any state, federal or local income taxes.

· Winners consent to the use of their names and photographs without compensation for publicity purposes to help promote the Sponsor's fundraising initiatives.
