FAQ INFO:

When does the auction open for bidding?

- Unless other wise indicated, on select VGK game days, auction opens when doors open at T-Mobile Arena and will close two 2 hours after the start of the game.

How can I collect my item(s)?
- If the winning bidder is present at the arena, you may pick up your item after the auction closes at VGKF table located near sections 11 and 12 between 9 pm and before the end of the game. (if items are available for pickup)

What happens if I do not pick up my item following the auction?

- If you do not pick up your item following the auction, the VGK Foundation will contact you if you are the winning bidder via email within 3-5 days to organize a pickup or shipment of your item.

How long do I have to pick up my item?

- All items must be secured within 30 days of the purchasing date.

What happens if I do not pay for what I won?

- All cards will be reconciled the next business day if payments have not been received.

- If we are unable to run the card, and payment is not received by the winning bidder within 5 days after the auction, the item won will be forfeited and we will move on to the runner up bidder.
