Here are some ideas for cocktail outfits or "Spring Garden" themed outfits:

For ladies:

• Nice slacks, skirts, paired with a blouse, pretty silky tank, or a jacket or sweater set.
• Sundresses, pant suits, casual dresses, and mini, midi, or maxi cocktail dresses are also great choices 

For men:

• Khakis with a button-down shirt and a jacket are a stylish option.
• Navy, black, or linen suits, with or without a tie
• A nice sweater or button down shirt with khakis or slacks
