Susan Lucci, Emmy award-winning actress and New York Times best-selling author, entrepreneur, and advocate for women's heart health as the American Heart Association's Ambassador for the Go Red for Women movement.

 

As the most famous face in daytime television history, Susan Lucci held audiences spellbound for years as the sexy, sassy, beautiful, "woman you love to hate," Erica Kane on ABC-TV's, ALL MY CHILDREN. In May 1999, after 19 nominations, she won the Emmy Award for "Best Actress," a historic moment not only for Lucci, but for all of television. Susan then went on to star in the international hit Lifetime series DEVIOUS MAIDS and the highly rated series DEADLY AFFAIRS on Investigation Discovery. She has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and has been inducted into the Broadcasting Hall of Fame. She was also named one of E! Entertainment's "Top Entertainers of the Year," Barbara Walters' "Ten Most Fascinating People," and VH-1's 200 Greatest Pop Icons." Her contributions to television and the performing arts have earned her countless significant industry awards including being ranked by TV Guide as one of the "50 Greatest Television Stars of All Time." Most recently, Susan was the recipient of the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award at the Daytime Emmys broadcast Primetime, Live on CBS.
