We hope that you will join us for this year's 14th Annual Auction on Friday, April 26, 2024 at The Ballroom on 74th.

Who attends the Auction?

The Auction brings together all constituents from the St. Stephen community - parents, parents of alumnae, grandparents, faculty and staff. Family and friends are also welcome to attend.

What happens at the Auction?

The evening will feature bidding on amazing Silent Auction items, the drawing of the Principal for a Day Raffle, a Donate Now "Fund A Need" for a specific and immediate need, as well as cocktails, hors d'oeuvres and dancing.

What is the purpose of the Auction and how can you support it?

The Auction is always a fun and celebratory evening for the community. As our largest fundraising event, the Auction helps to support the School and our students. In past years, at the Auction, there has been a DONATE NOW component, which supports a specific need or initiative that would immediately impact the School and our students.

There are many ways to support the Auction even if you are unable to attend on Friday, Friday, April 26, 2024. Please visit the Auction website and click the link at the top of this page. From the website, you will be able to:
purchase a sponsorship to support the event
buy tickets to attend / sponsor tickets for faculty and staff
make a cash donation to help underwrite the cost of the event

What should I bring to the Auction?

Have your fully charged cell phone to serve as your bidding device on Silent Auction items and participate in the DONATE NOW portion of the event.

How do I bid on the Silent Auction items?

We use GiveSmart, which is accessed via your smart device to bid on Silent Auction items.

What should I wear to the Benefit?

Cocktail attire is suggested for women and jacket and tie for men.

If you have further questions, please contact Lisa D'Ambrosio, Director of Advancement at ldambrosio@saintstephenschool.org.

Please note: the ticket price has not increased in several years, as the goal is for all families to attend. This is a new venue and the evening will feature cocktails, passed hors d'oeuvres and dancing. Your ticket purchase simply covers the operating cost of the venue. If you are able to purchase a teacher ticket or a sponsorship, your generosity is greatly appreciated!

We are unable to offer refunds. Should you need to cancel, we can convert the ticket price paid to an auction donation, which is tax-deductible.
