40th Annual Green & Gold Gala Hollywood Glamour
Waiver of Liability

All items, services, or events described herein or otherwise available for purchase at the Saint Stephen's Episcopal School Parents' Association Green & Gold Gala Hollywood Glamour have been donated or consigned to Saint Stephen's Episcopal School Parents' Association. The description of each such service, item, or event and its availability for purchase at the Green & Gold Gala Hollywood Glamour is made in good faith by Saint Stephen's Episcopal School Parents' Association based upon the representations of each donor or consignor.

The Green & Gold Gala Hollywood Glamour is a charitable fundraising event for the benefit of Saint Stephen's Episcopal School Parents' Association.

Each purchaser of an item, service, or event at the Green & Gold Gala Hollywood Glamour acknowledges that the Saint Stephen's Episcopal School Parents' Association and Saint Stephen's Episcopal School have made no implied warranties with regard to such items, services, or events. Each purchaser further agrees that Saint Stephen's Episcopal School Parents' Association and Saint Stephen's Episcopal School shall not be liable for any misrepresentation of or defect in such service, item, or event or failure of such service, item or event to perform in the manner described or represented; that Saint Stephen's Episcopal School Parents' Association and Saint Stephen's Episcopal School shall not become liable for any personal injury, property damage or accident which may occur due to: (I) Defects in or failure of such service, item or event or; (II) The wrongful, negligent or arbitrary acts or omissions on the part of the donor or consignor, donor's or consignor's agents or employees or any persons not under the direct control of Saint Stephen's Episcopal School; and, the purchaser shall hold Saint Stephen's Episcopal School Parents' Association and Saint Stephen's Episcopal School blameless and harmless in the event of any personal injury, property damage or accident which may occur because of occurrences described in (I) and (II).
