40th Annual Green & Gold Gala Hollywood Glamour
Silent Auction Rules

1. Silent auction items in the Saint Stephen's Episcopal School Parents' Association Green & Gold Gala Hollywood Glamour will open for bidding on the GiveSmart platform at https://HollywoodGlam25.givesmart.com before the event.

2. All silent auction items have minimum opening bids and minimum raises. These minimums must be adhered to for a bid to be valid.

3. By bidding on a silent auction item, you agree to purchase the item should you win. Bidders must register a credit card or payment method to bid.

4. Starting bid is set on all silent auction items. Each incremental bid amount is displayed on that item's page and constitutes a valid bid.

5. For all silent auction items, enter an amount using the pre-populated minimum bid, or you can enter a higher amount. Each new bid must be entered on that item's page in GiveSmart.

6. You must click "Bid" to enter your bid.

7. You may wish to use the "Auto Bid" feature. "Auto Bid" allows you to enter the highest dollar amount you are willing to bid. The GiveSmart system will place minimum incremental bids for you as needed when others outbid you - only until your set designated amount.

8. Only an authorized person may nullify a bid.

9. In the event of a bidding dispute, the Parents' Association President shall act as the final authority to determine the winner.

10. By providing a credit card on file, you agree to your card being charged at the conclusion of the Green & Gold Gala Hollywood Glamour for any remaining balance on your account.

11. All sales are final. Items are non-transferable, have no cash value as a return, and cannot be exchanged except where specified.

12. The winning bidder need not be present; they will be notified electronically by the GiveSmart system.

13. Arrangements for using a condominium or other privately owned property are subject to an agreement between the donor and the winning bidder. All accommodations and restrictions are subject to availability and donor restrictions.

14. Donors need to be contacted by the item's winner within 30 days to secure arrangements unless otherwise specified.

15. Reservations for all accommodations, event attendance, and travel must be arranged with the donor.

16. All Green & Gold Gala Hollywood Glamour items and services must be used within one year of Saturday, March 22, 2025, unless otherwise specified.

17. Taxes and gratuities are not included unless expressly noted.

18. All credit card & GiveSmart transaction fees are the purchaser's responsibility.
