40th Annual Green & Gold Gala Hollywood Glamour
Live Auction Rules

1. Live auction items in the Saint Stephen's Episcopal School Parents' Association Green & Gold Gala Hollywood Glamour will be open for bidding at a specified time announced during the live event on Saturday, March 22, 2025. Preview of live auction items begins a few weeks prior to the event at https://HollywoodGlam25.givesmart.com.

2. All live auction item bidding will take place in person at the event by bidder paddle number.

3. Green & Gold Gala Hollywood Glamour ticket purchasers will be assigned a bidder number.

4. All live auction items will begin with the contracted professional auctioneer announcing its minimum opening bid. The professional auctioneer will announce subsequent raises. These amounts must be adhered to for a bid to be valid.

5. Each live auction item will have an "Open for Bids," "Bids Closed," and "Item Sold & The Winner Is" announcement made by the professional auctioneer during the live event.

6. By bidding on a live auction item, you agree to purchase the item should you win. Bidders must register a credit card or payment method to bid.

7. Only an authorized person may nullify a bid.

8. In the event of a bidding dispute, the Parents' Association president shall act as the final authority and determine the winner.

9. By providing a credit card on file, you agree to your card being charged at the conclusion of the Green & Gold Gala Hollywood Glamour live auction for the live item won and for any remaining balance on your account.

10. All sales are final. Items are non-transferable, have no cash value as a return, and cannot be exchanged except where specified.

11. Arrangements for the use of a condominium or other privately owned property are subject to an agreement between the donor and winning bidder. All accommodations and restrictions are subject to availability and donor restrictions.

12. Donors need to be contacted by the item's winner within 30 days to secure arrangements unless otherwise specified.

13. Reservations for all accommodations, event attendance, and travel must be arranged with the donor.

14. All Green & Gold Gala Hollywood Glamour items and services must be used within one year of Saturday, March 22, 2025, unless otherwise specified.

15. Taxes and gratuities are not included unless expressly noted.

16. All credit card & GiveSmart transaction fees are the purchaser's responsibility.
