40th Annual Green & Gold Gala Hollywood Glamour
GiveSmart Instructions & General Rules
1. Visit the Saint Stephen's Episcopal School Parents' Association Green & Gold Gala Hollywood Glamour campaign site: https://HollywoodGlam25.givesmart.com.
2. Click "Register to Participate." There is no cost to register.
3. Enter the required information. Click "Create my GiveSmart Account." The attendee has now registered for the Green & Gold Gala Hollywood Glamour.
4. Choose an action from the toolbar on the Green & Gold Gala Hollywood Glamour Home Page or click on the boxes for "Admission Tickets" or "View All Items" choices.
5. Browse "All Items" or use the dropdown menu to view specific "Categories." Click on the image to view the item and bid on or buy the item. All items are affiliated with an item number.
6. By clicking on the "Donate," "Buy," or "Purchase" buttons, you agree to pay for the item. Purchasers must register a credit card or payment method first.
7. By clicking the "Bid" button on a silent auction item, you agree to pay for the item should you win. Bidders must register a credit card or payment method to bid.
8. By raising your paddle on a live auction item, you agree to pay for the item should you win. Bidders must register a credit card or payment method to bid.
9. Only an authorized person may nullify transactions.
10. Stated values for items are donors' or consignors' estimates and are not certified by Saint Stephen's Episcopal School Parents' Association or Saint Stephen's Episcopal School for tax or general use. The purchaser is responsible for any taxes or other fees related to a purchased item.
11. Purchasers must be 21 or older to buy or bid on chance drawing ticket donations, any item that includes alcohol, or when indicated in the item description or restrictions.
12. Payment in full is mandatory for all items purchased and can be paid with cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. All credit card & GiveSmart transaction fees are the purchaser's responsibility.
13. It may not be possible for us to provide your items immediately if you are not in attendance at the event.
a. We anticipate having specific windows of time set in which someone will be on campus to facilitate your pickup. We will notify winners of the available time frames accordingly.
b. We are not able to ship items purchased or won.
14. The winner shall accept the item/service/property won in the "as is" condition.
15. Saint Stephen's Episcopal School Parents' Association and Saint Stephen's Episcopal School will not be responsible for unclaimed purchases.
16. Items are subject to terms and conditions in the disclosure statements on individual item descriptions.
17. Please note the specifications in print. Saint Stephen's Episcopal School Parents' Association and Saint Stephen's Episcopal School are not responsible for donor or consignor representations.
18. Arrangements, reservations, event attendance, travel, accommodations, availability, and restrictions are subject to agreement between the donor and winning bidder. Donors need to be contacted by the item's winner within 30 days to secure arrangements unless otherwise specified.
19. All proceeds of the Green & Gold Gala Hollywood Glamour are for the sole benefit of the Saint Stephen's Episcopal School Parents' Association.
