Chance Drawing Ticket Donation Rules
1. Chance drawing ticket donations will be open for purchase on the GiveSmart platform beginning in January 2025 at https://HollywoodGlam25.givesmart.com.
2. By clicking the "Buy" button on a chance drawing ticket donation, you agree to purchase the item by "Immediate Checkout." The buyer must register a credit card or payment method to buy.
3. By providing a credit card on file, you agree to your card being charged for any remaining balance on your account at the Saint Stephen's Episcopal School Parents' Association Green & Gold Gala Hollywood Glamour conclusion.
4. The Chance Drawing Ticket Donation ownership shall have the same name and/ or number generated by the GiveSmart platform.
5. All sales are final. Chance Drawing Ticket Donations are non-transferable, have no cash value as a return, and cannot be exchanged except where specified.
6. Individual purchasers of a Chance Drawing Ticket Donation must be 21 or older.
7. The Green & Gold Gala Hollywood Glamour Committee shall appoint an individual responsible for maintaining and confirming that all Chance Drawing Ticket Donation names and numbers generated by the GiveSmart platform are entered into the appropriate Chance Drawing Ticket Donation drawing process.
8. Chance Drawing Ticket Donation sales on the GiveSmart platform for those NOT attending the event and those present will close at an announced time during the event on Saturday, March 22, 2025.
9. Drawings will be held at the event on Saturday, March 22, 2025, by the GiveSmart Remote Campaign Technician via a True Random Number Generator.
10. The winners need not be present. They will be announced live at the event on Saturday, March 22, 2025. If the winner is not in attendance, they will be notified by Friday, March 28, 2025.
11. Fifty percent (50%) Tuition Discount Chance Drawing Ticket Donation Disclaimer: It is non-transferable or assignable, except at the discretion of the Head of School. The winning ticket has no cash value. One lucky winner will receive a 50% discount on comprehensive tuition for one student for the 2025-2026 school year. The student must be currently enrolled at Saint Stephen's Episcopal School and in good standing or accepted as a student for the 2025-2026 school year.
12. Fifty percent (50%) Tuition Discount Chance Drawing Ticket Donation tickets are NOT available for purchase by Saint Stephen's faculty or staff.
13. Stock the Bar Collection Chance Drawing Ticket Donation Disclaimer: Ticket purchasers must be 21 or older, with no exceptions.
14. To view the assigned Chance Drawing Ticket Donation Ticket Number on the GiveSmart platform, click "My Info" on the Home Page; your ticket numbers will be under "Chance Drawing Details."
15. Taxes and gratuities are not included unless expressly noted.
16. All credit card & GiveSmart transaction fees are the purchaser's responsibility.
17. Chance Drawing Ticket Donations are not a tax-deductible contribution.
