HONORING
Mickie Driscoll '88
A proud Brooklyn native and Kingsborough Community College (KCC) alumna, Micheline "Mickie" Driscoll served her alma mater with distinction for thirty nine years before retiring in 2023. Her KCC journey began in 1983, when she worked evening registration in the Bursar's Office while simultaneously pursuing her degree at the college. In 1985, Ms. Driscoll was hired by KCC's Accounts Payable Office, and in 1997 she transferred to the Office of Human Resources and Labor Relations as a Fringe Benefits Specialist. In March 2007, Ms. Driscoll accepted the position of Director of Human Resources. She received her Associate's degree in Accounting from KCC in 1988 and her Bachelor's in Accounting from the University of the State of New York, Regents College, in 1993.
Beyond her exemplary leadership of Human Resources, Mickie has distinguished herself by serving on several committees, volunteering for various events and activities, and giving back to the college through generous charitable giving. A true cheerleader for KCC and its students, Mickie will remain connected to the college as an esteemed retiree. As KCC celebrates 60 years of excellence, we are proud to recognize her as one of the college's greatest champions.
