Damon Lamar Reed

The 2024 Heroes Breakfast artwork was created by Chicago-based artist Damon Lamar Reed for a mural featured on the Wintrust Mural Building on the Kennedy Expressway in December 2023. Upon partnering with Damon, he was given the tough task of representing all 5 lines of service of the American Red Cross mission without using words. We are honored to feature his beautiful and moving mural artistry for this year's Heroes Breakfast.
