Denver's premier foodie event is back for its fourth year at the BAC Appliance Center! The Scleroderma Foundation - Rocky Mountain Chapter will host the chef and mixologist competition of the year! Judge the competitors from three categories - Savory, Sweet and Sips!

The Food Fight! 2018 VIP Experience Presented by NAI Shames Makovsky Will Dazzle Guests.

This year's VIP experience includes a red carpet arrival, mini charcuterie boards courtesy of Footers Catering and a sparkling wine tasting featuring selections handpicked from Sheral Schowe, M.Ed., FWS, founder of the Wasatch Academy of Wine, LLC, out of Salt Lake City, Utah's first and largest wine school.

Adrian Miller, the Soul Food Scholar, will also provide a chef's demo during the VIP hour. Miller is a culinary historian and a certified barbecue judge who has lectured around the country on such topics as: Black Chefs in the White House, chicken and waffles, hot sauce, kosher soul food, red drinks, soda pop, and soul food. Adrian's book, Soul Food: The Surprising Story of an American Cuisine, One Plate at a Time was published by the University of North Carolina Press in August 2013. Soul Food won the 2014 James Beard Foundation Book Award for Reference and Scholarship.

VIP guests will receive a gift bag including a commemorative champagne flute, Pappardelle's pasta, a custom-designed charm bracelet from Sedalia Designs AND early access to Food Fight! 2018!

Two lucky VIP guests will also be selected to participate in a mini-makeover! Debbie Hartung from LipBar Custom Cosmetics and Kaitlyn Thomas of Nuorikko are partnering to provide a mini-makeover & styling session with items on loan from Wild Blue Boutique.

• Three special guest judges will present the Judges' Choice Award in the categories of savory, sweet and sips.
• Former NFL running back, Reggie Rivers, will entertain between bites while raising funds for the Scleroderma Foundation.
• Guests can bid on a everything from a dream getaway to craft beer tours during the live and silent auction.
